Each API Paperless Proficiency Testing (PPT) account can have one primary email address on file. This person will receive an email with the PPT User ID and a link to set up the password for website access. The email address is generally provided at the time of order placement.
If you are the primary contact and have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the Login button, ensuring that the Paperless Proficiency Testing option is selected, and then clicking on Lost Your Password?
