The API Certificate of Participation should be mailed to all customers with orders placed before mid-January, by the end of March.
If your laboratory enrolled in proficiency testing or signed up with API after mid- February, then you should expect to receive it within 6 weeks post-enrollment.
If you did not receive your Certificate of Participation, or you need an additional copy, you may access a copy (download/view/print) under Evaluation Reports on the API website. Only the primary contact on the account will have access to the Certificate of Participation. Sub-users do not have access to the certificate. This link should appear by the end of March.
Since the certificate is just a display item and does not prove actual enrollment or participation in testing, your best source of documentation is your Order Confirmation, accompanied with your Evaluation Report(s).
