For your convenience, shipment dates are listed in multiple places. You can find shipment dates listed in the following places:
- Order Confirmation - To the right of each program description, you will see the shipment dates for all shipments your site is enrolled in.
- The API PT Schedule for the current (or upcoming) year - Located on the API homepage or by clicking here.
- My Calendar - While logged in to Paperless Proficiency Testing, click the My Calendar icon located in the top, right-hand corner. This will allow you to view and download a custom calendar for your site.
Due to the ongoing situation with COVID, API continues to build and ship proficiency testing kits over three days to ensure safety of on-site staff. This means that your proficiency testing kit may go out on any one of the three listed shipment dates on the API PT Schedule.
API ships most proficiency kits with FedEx Overnight Service. However, we do ask that you allow three business days to receive your kit since many freight carriers are experiencing unprecedented service delays due to staffing and transportation shortages.
