If the error is noticed 2 hours or less after you transmit your results to API (and it is still prior to the deadline), you can unsubmit the results while logged in to your PPT account. To do so, go to Enter Results - Event History. You should see a gray Unsubmit button. Click it and follow the prompts to unsubmit your kit. After it has been unsubmitted, make your corrections and re-submit before the deadline!
If the error is noticed after the 2-hour mark, you will need to contact Customer Service or Technical Support at 800-333-0958 to request that the kit be unsubmitted.
- A request to unsubmit your results can only be granted if it is before the deadline and it is during normal API business hours.
- If you notice a mistake on your mailed worksheets after they have already been mailed, please contact Technical Support for guidance.
