On the API website, log in to Continuing Education and click on My Account. Verify that your birth date, ASCP Board of Certification (BOC) Category, and Number are correct. Also, verify that you have not checked the box to decline having your transcripts sent electronically to any organization.
If all of the above information is correct, click Credits Awarded and look to see the completed date for the missing CE credit(s). We transmit information to ASCP twice a month. If it has been less than three weeks since you completed the credit, it may not have been transmitted yet or ASCP may not have completed uploading the information on their end. If it has been three to four weeks since completion, please email Customer Service (CustomerService@api-pt.com) with your API Continuing Education account information, including CE User ID, missing credit information, and ASCP certification information.
